Honda City Aspire with Dublicate Card

Im thinking about buying a fully loaded 2018 City Aspire with all the features like wooden trim, alloy rims, leather seats, and fog lamps. The owner says they lost the original duplicate card, so I’m trying to figure out how much that should lower the car’s price. Normally, these cars go for around 36-37 lacs with all the original documents, but the owner is asking for 35 lacs. What do you think is a fair price, and what are the risks of not having the duplicate card?

Since the owner is already asking less than market price, you might only knock off 1-2 lacs for the missing duplicate card. The main risk is dealing with paperwork o r resale hassles later.
