Honda city maintenance

Hello and AoA

I request the feed back on 100000 Kms check up. I went to city sales they gave me around 10000 Rs estimate, which I am only willing to spend after advise from some expert pakwheeler.

FYI: they suggested that coolent need to be changed.

brake pads need to be replaced

fuel pump need to be serviced

EFI need to be serviced

tuning

gear oil need to be replaced

throttle body need to be serviced

AC need to be serviced

I have already enquired that when my car does'nt have any issue like its RPMs are smooth, since I run it on CNG there is no point of fuel pump service,EFI dun give me any trouble and brakes have not worn fully as yet than why is there need for all this expense?

their reply was company has suggested all this if you want it we are at your service else its your own will.

any useful comments on this are appreciated
