Honda City Prosmatec 2015 is having acceleration issues

Hey,

Ive got a Honda City Aspire 1.5 Prosmatec from 2015. When I stop at a signal o r hit a speed breaker, theres a delay of 3-4 seconds before the car accelerates. Ive already tried changing the fuel pump, plugs, tuning, and cleaning the catalytic converter, but the issue persists. Any idea what could be causing this?
