Honda City Reliability In Northern Areas

hello everyone I just need to know is it recommended to drive in northern areas like Hunza,Skardu,and deaosai,considering roed clearance problem of city containing 5 persons.is there any one who have experience of this?

As far as reliability is concerned if it is properly maintained there should be no issues.. you can get basic spare parts at hunza , moreover carry a extra air filters, brake pads, tow rope, battery cables , there might be some issues with road clearance at and around naran.. and at kkh.. but nothing to be scared of..
