How can I fix small scratches on my Mehran without repainting the whole panel?

There are a few light scratches on my cars door and fender from bikes and bushes. The paint isn’t fully gone, just surface-level marks. Is there any good scratch remover o r polish available locally that actually works?

You can fix minor scratches without doing a full repaint by using the following methods:
