How can I tell if my Suzuki Mehran’s ignition coil is failing?

I’ve been facing random jerks while driving and sometimes the engine struggles to start. Someone mentioned that it might be due to a weak ignition coil. What are the common signs of a bad coil in Mehran, and how can I test it?

Common signs of a failing ignition coil include:

Engine misfires o r jerking while driving

Difficulty starting

Rough idle

Poor acceleration and fuel economy

Backfiring
You can have the coil tested with a multimeter check primary and secondary resistance o r replace it with a known good one to confirm.
