If a power window is stuck in the down position during rain o r cold weather:

Temporary fix: Seal the window with plastic sheeting o r tape to prevent water from entering.
Manual operation: In some cases, you might be able to manually lift the window by gently pressing on the glass while operating the switch, especially if the regulator isn’t completely broken.
