If the transmission cooler lines are leaking, here’s how you can address the issue:
Inspect the cooler lines: First, check the cooler lines for visible cracks, corrosion, o r loose fittings. The lines are typically located on the sides o r bottom of the transmission.
Tighten the fittings: If the leak is coming from the fitting connection point, sometimes simply tightening the connections may resolve the issue.
Replace damaged lines: If the cooler lines are cracked, rusted, o r corroded, they will need to be replaced. Transmission cooler lines are often metal, but some parts may be rubber. Depending on the extent of the damage, you may need to replace the entire line o r just the damaged section.
Use the right replacement parts: Ensure that you use high-quality replacement lines that are compatible with your Suzuki Alto’s model to ensure proper functionality.
Solution:
If youre not experienced with car repairs, its best to have a professional mechanic replace the damaged cooler lines.
Make sure the fluid level is topped off once the lines are repaired, and the car is checked for leaks.
