How often should Honda City owners in Pakistan replace air, fuel, and oil filters?

What is the recommended maintenance schedule for these filters under local driving conditions?

Air filter: Replace every 15,000–20,000 km, o r more frequently in dusty environments like Pakistan.
Fuel filter: Replace every 40,000–50,000 km, depending on the fuel quality and driving conditions.
Oil filter: Change every 5,000–7,500 km in sync with the oil change intervals. If you drive in harsh conditions, consider replacing it more frequently.
