How to Fix Pinging/Knocking in a 2010 Altis When Under Load

I own a 1.8L 2010 Altis A/T thats been making an obvious pinging o r knocking noise when I accelerate since I first got it. Interestingly, the noise goes away when I floor the pedal, but it increases when more people sit in the car.

So far, Ive tried multiple solutions, including changing the coils which didnt make much difference, using iridium plugs, changing the oil, cleaning the VVTI solenoid and MAF sensor, cleaning the purge valve/canister, and cleaning the intake with carb cleaner. I even got the exhaust checked, and the guy said the catalytic converter seems fine.

Im aware that checking the PCV valve is another option, but at this point, Im tired of trying everything without making any difference. The engine has over 220k now, but I dont see any significant performance issues, although Im worried about the engine being a gone-case.

I would greatly appreciate any valuable suggestions on what I should do next. Thank you.
