Hyundai SANTRO factoryfitted CNG problem HELP

Dear Friends I am encountering problems with my santro cng. when the engine is cold and I start it the car has started knocking and dies down(shutoff) . the mileage has also decreased considerably it use to give 90(A/C always on) kms for 5.5 kgs and now it gives 78 kms. (A/C always on). I am new to efi I dont know a good place for tuning pls advice. the only authorized dealer left in karachi for santro is apollo motors. others are there but I phoned the company they said that they are not authorized and existing in thier own capacities. apollo is overload with work any suggstions are welcomed

hello!
this is the problem when the car is cold....u said it knocks???so On CNG i did'nt listen any car knocking.....what do u mean by knocking car take jerks and engine stalls(shutoff) or it knocks like petrol....also tell that when car was on normal operating temp whats the condition there....does car vibrates there or stalls there.....what about car pickup..does it down...and on slow speed on 2nd gear does it gives jerks when u try to accelerate on slow speed.
just answer the question so i can suggest what can be the problem.
