I am searching for Mira and I got a Mira x special 2013 model and 58Km mileage owner is asking for 16 lac 95 thousand so what offer I should give to him?

No, if you want a good advice about purchase then stay far from jdm on all cost. These 660cc jdm’s are on ventilator support with no spare parts, reverse meters and shaddy maintenance track record. If you are living in Pindi Islamabad then you can see only 1000cc vitz and passo can be seen other 660cc an almost all other disappeared from the road and there is a good reason for that.
If you want to buy this one then other members can tell you but BIG NO from my side
