Idle Speed and High RPM In ALTO 2010

Dear Friends,

I have recently purchase brand new ALTO 2010, i am having some problem with my ALTO as follows

1. Idle Speed is high coz when i put clutch to shift gears car sound high in acceleration and RPM
2. When i start the engine both on CNG and Petrol, it takes longer to engine to stablize the RPM and come to Normal Idle Speed.
3. Is it Ok to drop water droplets from silencer when car starts

Hope Your valuable suggestion will definitely solve my problems
