Increase performance of mehran

hi i have a mehran 2005 model,reg in jan 2006
running on cng
mileage is 84187km
i want to know how can i increase its pick,speed etc without changing engine,means in lower cost.....
i dont have much knowledge about car related stuff,so if you tell something then explain it as well
cox i cant understand the replies cox of technical terms

yeah CNG remove. timing advance, tapid ko ziada khulwaoo. timing advance full, free flow exhaust pipe wid free exhaust, K & N air intake high ... lighter flywheel. If you cannot afford or K & N air filter does. ur taking airfliter box and cut all the lace. You will now see all the top and bottom is. CIS and put our air. everywhere will suck air out and will automatically increase. THAT wht I've done in my fx. But seriously after doing these things will be like ur average car 8 km per liter .. its the best thing to do in stock engine. Cauz i cannot afford too Dese fulish high intake and everything. but the best part is setting tapid advance cam timing and a high intake of air ...
