Is city steermatic successful

Hello everybody. I want to know that whether steermatic is successful in pakistan or not. How does the technology works. Is it like this that the driver changes the gear up and down on his own will or the car shifts on its own.
plz help in this regard

It is a nice car but not much appreciated in Pakistan. When City idsl came one of my friend sold it after one month. When I asked him why, he said the car did not give feel of a 736,000 rupees machine (appx the price at that time) and Steermatic is in the same body shell. So this is the general view of cars here in Pakistan, that is why Steermatic had not been sold much.
