Is the Honda City’s body structure strong enough to handle impacts and provide safety?

Weight and structural integrity are key for safety. Does the lightweight body of the Honda City compromise crash safety, especially in the absence of advanced safety features like multiple airbags?

The Honda City is built with a focus on affordability and efficiency, which means its body structure is lighter than some larger, more expensive sedans. However, this doesn’t necessarily compromise safety the City is designed with a rigid frame and features such as airbags in higher variants, ABS, and other safety systems. While it might not have the same level of crash protection as larger cars o r more premium models, the City generally performs well in crash tests and is equipped with the essential safety features required in Pakistan’s driving conditions.
