Khyber CNG low average

Khyber CNG low average

I have khyber 96 model Landi Renzo CNG Kit 50 L Inflex cylinder

I am getting around 100k in city with ac and around 120 w/o ac in city... haven't taken it to highway as yet!! Gas fills in around Rs.370 and around 7.5 kg

hav checked with khyber owners and the average is quite low!

What could be the reason?? Engine is in good condition, not consuming oil and pick is good too!

waiting for opinion from khyber owners and experts...

What about pick if its poor than may be timing issue.Normally on CNG timing is kept more advance than on petrol because CNG has high octane numbers and can be compressed more than petrol. So the timing is set so that the spark occurs at the last possible stage of the compression stroke. If the timing is set on this spot the CNG valve would automatically have to shut off a little bit other wise the car on idle will seem as if its accelerating. The point is that by advancing timing your car will produce more power on CNG so its supply can be lessened from previous level. I did this with my car. Before it used to give 110-115 now it gives around 140,other things are all same.
