Khyber heat up..

my car gets heat up with AC on..
n this heat up happens only wen its really hot outside,i mean in morning with AC ,no heat ups ,in noon around 2 or 3,it do heat up with AC on....AC off n no heat up problem...
coolant level is full in the radiator but in reservoir bottle,i filled it 2 days back n it somehow lessen the water with like half an inch..i keep water in res bottle up to the mark i.e middle or just above,i mean tht line company mentioned on bottle...so i can notice the water level which came down...
car never heated up b4...just happened 3-4 days back n some time it happen n some time it dosent...

car engine oil was changed 500 kms b4 n is good in condition...

im actually not sure if its actually heating up or its just faulty needle..i mean fan direct kr daita hon wen it tries to heat up but still it shows heat up atleast...i press the radiator pipe n its soft,once mechanic told me tht if car is heatin up,the radiator pipe becomes hard,which in my case dosent even if car is heatin up...
so is there any way to check the car temp otherwise of the needle inside????

readitor cap open kr k chk kra tha,watre circulates properly n no bubbles so i guess gaskets r fine,n oil in coolant also....

plz help out guys...

i have a button inside car to make rad fan direct n auto matic...so wen car tends to heat up,i turn direct but still it heat up...
ive serviced radiator 6 months back n its fins are in fine shape..no clogged thingy..n AC condenser is also fine....
n han rad fan spins in proper wat ie to suck air from the out....
