Bro chp tunning is the last option tune.the best thing u could do is that get NA setup completed plus add up more performance parts like a bigger fuel pump,extended fuel lines(bigger fuel lines) etc etc and u would be able to go accomplish ur target or go towards forced induction u'd probably even go beyond ur target.
Yes chipping is Done in Pakistan.
