Mehran 1994 Missing Problem

Dear All,

My car was excellent and very smooth on Petrol before installation of CNG, although it is smooth now on CNG but not perfect on Petrol, it feels jerky while pressing accelarator from initial and feels same while gear changing.
New Plugs
New Air Filter
New Leads
Gas inlet directly injected in carborator.

Expert Opinion Required to fix this issue.
