Mehran experts.. help required regarding engine overhauling.

i have mehran 2005... its total mileage is aprox 68000...
its pick is great... top speed i'll say is good too as it can go above 130km/hr on cng...

but it gives kinda light blue smelly smoke just for few mins in the morning when i start it.. but it vanishes soon n then total smokeless after that...

and it is consuming engine oil way to fast...

i guess the engine needs overhauling.. if so then what what parts of engine might be week n needs overhauling considering the symptoms i hav listed... and how much will it cost.??

There are a number of threads related to similar problem like yours....seems valves are faulty. go and see some reliable and prepare for a top job...goodluck...
