Metallic Grinding Noise in Honda City Vario

Hello,

A quick question about my vario .. ive had almost since I hear a metallic grinding noise when I turn right .. Sometimes it starts while the steering wheel is turned halfway to the right and sometimes you can hear it right at the end of the steering wheel travel ..

It only happens when I right and the sound comes from the right on the front right wheel .. I have the Honda dealer many times, but they can not find out .. They have tried to spread, but the sound goes away for a while but always comes back

The car is only 8 months old!
