Mira 2012 Best Engine Oil for it?

I am the owner of a 2012 Mira with 79,000 kilometers on the odometer. I have been consistently achieving impressive fuel efficiency, with an outstanding 32 km/liter on occasions and a regular average of 18-19 km/liter. I am seeking advice on the most suitable Castrol engine oil grade to utilize. A friend has suggested 10W-40, but Im inclined to believe that a smaller car like the Mira would benefit from a lighter engine oil. Please take into consideration that I acquired the vehicle around 8 o r 9 months ago, and I am unaware of the previous engine oil that was used.
