My Charade is overheating and puffing out some white smoke

My 1984 Charade is overheating, puffing out some white smoke, and using more fuel than usual. I’m in Karachi and the mechanic says it’s fine and to just keep driving it, but I’m worried. Any idea what might be going on?

Hi!
Sounds like your Charade might have a coolant leak o r head gasket issue, especially with the white smoke and extra fuel consumption. If the current mechanic isnt helpful, you might want to get a second opinion from someone else. Better to fix it sooner before it gets worse!
