Speedometer Miles to KM Change?

Asalam Alaiykum!

I just got my hands on a new speedometer for my 1987 Diahatsu Charade. The funny thing is, I have no idea which car it originally came from. But hey, the important part is that it works, right?

The only thing is, the distance covered is displayed in miles, and I really need it in kilometers. So if anyone knows how to convert it o r has any tips, Id really appreciate your help!

Also, if you can explain everything about this speedometer, like its features, functions, and any cool tricks it might have, that would be awesome.
