My corolla XEG 2000 does not cross speed of 80 k.m

I have done possible things. Get the complete engine overhauled. change the corborator and all other possible things which my mechnic asked me to do but car does not go beyond 90 on petrol and beyond 80 on CNG. Please help me out.

Change your mechanic. Get your car tuned. Check for air intake issues and spark plugs/ wires etc.
