My santro SUCKS at shifting gears!

AoA,
i need a little advice, ive got a santro club 04...which has been wellmaintained through out....now the problem is that whenever i release the clutch when im at a still stop at about 4-5k rpm(just an estimate) the clutch plate start to slip and the power isnt transmitted to the wheels, and when i shift gear like from 2nd to 3rd of 3rd to 4th it feels as if the clutch cudnt transfer the complete force to the wheels....now ive checked out some new santros and some old ones....all of them have this this problem....at first i had 185/60 tires so i thought it was them, but now i have 165/65 brigestone ER60's and its still doing this...what can i do to stop this....i waiting....especially for the experts;Storm bhai, racerf1, levin.....and all you respected expects......

I'm guessing your cars clutch and pressure plate (and possibly the thrust bearing) are dying and you should replace them soon (at least get them checked)
