New Corolla X 1.6 Information Required and Issue

Asalam o Alikum members,
I bought the corolla 1.6 2021 model and this car has the best engine and I want to have best engine oil to increase performance of my car.
When I bought this car, it was run about 4500 km and when I make it idle o r I make U turn at the low speed, it gives sound from the power steering, when it spins like plastic friction type noise. When the car is on the high speed, the spinning like plastic friction noise is appeared from the power steering but there is no sound, when my car is on the high speed. The previous owner of the car did not know how to check the car and what is the issued with it.
When I press the horn, the back side of the horn is lose, which I felt when press the horn of the car and this may be the fitting issue o r it does not produce that type of the noise.
