Nicked City Bumper

Guys, I nicked my new City's bumper yesterday, got a decent dent and a few scratches, looks pretty bad. How do I fix it, should I just get it repainted? And the costs if anyone knows? I'm in Islamabad so any help would be appreciated.

full bumper repaint would cost around 3k-4.5k
depending on quality of paint used and amount of denting involved
i would suggest to get the dent popped out and get a really good compound polish on it and see how much the scratches go away..
