Nissan Altima Tyre Change

My mate is leaving in 2 weeks and will be back in 2 months.

Now he is adamant to get new tyres b4 he leaves. But me thinks putting new tyres (Rim size is 17) and leaving the car stalled isn;t a very good idea ?

My question is

Is it OK to put new tyres and leave the car stalled for 2 months or is it better to get new tyres once he is back ?

if possible can someone roll car just even 6 inches after 2 weeks or so,,,,,

2ndly,, increase tire psi .... for parking long time..(do not drive unnessarily) with increased psi.,, if you tell what tire size it is,, i can suggest psi .

parking outside in parking lot i beleive,, cannot put car on bricks,, would look pretty silly, and ppl will know owner sint ard.
