OBD II not working in Toyota Wish

The obd is not working in Toyota wish, it has the obd port but obd dont get connected i have tried ELM 327 model. Kindly help me to fix this problem. Thanks in advance.

it doesnt work on JDMs...it doesnt support JDM protocol
