Painting the interior

Guys,

I wanted to know whether painting a dashboard works and does it last. If so should a normal car paint do the job on an old dash ?

Has anyone done it and can share pictures of the final product ??

many cars in PK have painted interiors (usually high-end vehicles like SUVs and mercs),... the paint will last as long as the base has been done correctly and that the parts which have been painted don't see too much wear (like steering wheels).

i'm going ot be repairing my 1303's cracked dashboard soon (extensive surgery) and will be getitng it painted matte black afterwards.
