Poor output Mark X lights

Hi members
I have recently bought a Toyota Mark. I am facing an issue with the side projection light of my car. It is not working properly. The issue is not fixed even after installing the other used bulbs. Even though I changed the blasters but the issue is still there. I visited to the electrician and he installed the brand new 55w hid set in projection housing.
But the same issue is there. Kindly help me to fix it. Thanks in advance.

Mark x has OEM D4S HID headlights. D4S ballasts dont accept D2S bulbs same as D2S ballasts dont accept D4S bulb they turnoff after 5-10 secs. D4S ballastsDenso/Koito black colored square shaped and D4S bulbs are very rare and too much expensive. i will advise you to change both the ballasts and bulbs with D2S setup. I have OEM Denso/Koito D2S ballasts and very slightly used OEM Philips and Osram D2S bulbs. A friend of mine was having issues with his D4S headlight on his axio. He is more than satisfied now by having OEM D2S setup and output is much better now.
