Problem with AT City 09 CNG

I recently installed CNG on my AT City 09. After CNG installation it does not shift the gears properly. There is a big jerk between shifting gears, can anyone help me with this in khi, and where to get it checked.
I went to honda but the car is no longer under warranty just because i have installed CNG on it and they want to pull out the CNG to check the problem. Is there any other place i can get it checked without uninstalling the CNG. I live in defence so the nearest workshop would be preferred.

check the cng advancer they put in ur car. Make sure tht its map 2, as other advancers dont work good in AT car and give shifting problem. Is it shifting normal on petrol ?
