PVR ADVANCER IN VITZ

dear members. my vitz 2000 has a slow pickup in cng and the mechanic told to replace the PVR advancer with NeoTech. while PVR advancer is working. Plz guide iz that right to do. or just he is bluffing...

if ur car is knocking on cng and/or is idling rough then u first need to rectify that as it will give hard time to ur advancer calculating the rpm at which it kicks in...
