QuicSuggestions required for city idsi tyre change

stock it comes with
General 165/80 R13

my brothers car is now almost 60 k done.. and it needs a tyre change.. it has stock tyres on it....an now i plan to get

185/65 R14.. almost the diameter remains the same.. the handling will improve alot without much compromise in the quality of the ride...

suggest me if this is the right thing to do...i think so...

and also suggest me which tyres to go for...i hav heard a lot about nexen.... give me options.. price should be around 2000-2200 per tyre...

i wont b getting alloys.. but will use civics stock.. 14 inch steel rims...

dunno abt prices

from stock to 195/60/14, using old civic rims, economy down to 13kms from 15kms.
ride gone harsher
brakes way better
