Reason for Low Pickup on CNG vehicles

Timing Advance Processor must be installed on each cng retrofit weather carb or efi, Do not ask your technician to do it manually
They advance timings by few degrees which applies to all rpms, wheras timing must be advanced according to a specified curve, here is sample data that i collected for a specific application:-

RPM Angle
625 3.0
750 3.6
875 4.4
1000 6.0
1125 7.8
1250 8.8
1375 8.4
2000 5.8
3000 4.2
4500 1.8

If you adjust the timing advance manually , it will surely foul the engine so install a correct timing advance processor

Here in pakistan nobody is installing TAP with CNG kit!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
