RX8 Life span

RX8 Life span

I went to a car showroom yesterday in Blue area and saw a nice rx8 . I asked him about the car n he said its a crappy car and engine "Khatam" after 100,000kms . (is that true?)
And if it is then why doesnt Mazda do something abt it?
And can the engine be replaced (how mush does a new rx8 engine cost?) . Can it be replaced with engine other then rotary ? Plz help guyz

i think NoS_1 said it best it's all down to who had the car before it went up for sale.

best thing to do is walk away as there are plenty to choose form. Personally i'd suggest an EVO over the RX-8. Just remember that whatever you do,.. DO NOT buy a used car from a dealer in ISB.
