Santro Club 2004 ECU Reset

Hi.... i want to reset my Santro ECU .. please advice;

1) Is it advisable to do it just for the sake of performance
2) What is the correct way to do it and how to complete ECU resetting
3) Will it effect CNG setting

it wud jst do a reset as u reset a normal clock for sometime it wud flash the memory, any error codes coming wud disapear untill the car maulfunctions or the sensors maulfunction again.

The only this you would be bothered about is resetting the clock and radio chanels in your radio.

The simplest way is to remove the negative battery terminal for 30 seconds and ur done. Removing both the terminals wont harm either.

Just for the sake of regular maintainence you can unscrw the battery for cleaning its terminals till u get it back in the car. The ECU is resetted.
