Steering Feels Heavy at Low Speeds – EPS Motor o r Steering Rack Issue?

In some Camry models with Electric Power Steering EPS, the steering feels too heavy at low speeds.
Could this be due to a failing EPS motor, a software glitch, o r an issue with the steering angle sensor?
How does Pakistan’s extreme temperatures affect the EPS system?
Can a software update o r ECU reset fix this problem?
