Strange Noise at 2.to 2.5 RPM Toyota Corolla 2013

Hey, whats up, everyone?

So, Ive got this weird problem with my car, and its driving me nuts. Whenever I hit around 2 to 2.5 rpm in any gear, this grinding noise starts coming from the engine bay. Its so annoying! And get this, even when I put it in neutral, the noise is still there. But heres the kicker - when the car isnt moving, the noise magically disappears. Like, seriously, whats up with that?

Let me give you more deets:
1. The engine bay is where the strange noise is coming from when the car is moving, hitting that 2 to 2.5 rpm mark. Doesnt matter if Im in first gear, second gear, o r even if I put it in neutral. Ive even tried turning the AC on and off, but the noise doesnt care, its still there!
2. But heres the crazy part - when I come to a stop and the car is not moving, poof! The noise is gone. Its like its playing games with me o r something.

By the way, my ride is a 2013 Corolla Altis 1.6. Any ideas on what might be causing this madness?
