Strange problem with santro!

i have a strange problem with my santro! when i start my car its ok. but when i press the cluth the rpm goes high and dont come down until i press the accelator again . i got it checked from machenic and electrician he says that problem is with the wiring
all the wiring has to open and checked.they say that high rpm is manufacturing fault with the santro.
so guys help me what should i do now.

hey buddy
listen this mechanic are fool they just want ot earn so dnt be so worried about just go to the other good mechanic like munawar at tariq road behind lace up shoes and ask him to sperate the cabels of accelater and clutch might be they are massed up with each other and do a test
press the clutch slowly more and more you will find that the accelater is gaining speed like they are synchronised to each other
