Swapping 3gste or h22 in 2001 corolla plz advice thnx

guys i have this 2001 corolla i cant aford to sell it means dear to me
now i need to make it fast so i searched adn took advice from handyu gentlemen they suggested a 3sgte turbo celica engine with race clutch suspension and some alteration
or if it can be fitted with h22 plus clutch and new suspensions and some work on axle so it can bear wait of engine its 2.od but still i wanna make sure it doesnt drop down

Q1.so can nay one plz tell me total budget for both projects and plz plz plz any good and respected personor shop from whom i can get those parts(engine+suspension+transmission) in lahore or islamabad and he does it good not like ripping me off
Q2 i hev heard 3sgte turbo have some electirc issues and it need sot be checked every now and then is that true? and what about the boost controller can i get that here along with engine
i know nothing about cars so plz be abit nooby thnx alot

Bro u'v posted so many queries at the same time,lol khair,boost controller is available in lahore it only works with turbo without a turbo charger it wont work,2ndly its better to stick with the same family(honda 4 hona.toyota for toyota)
3rdly what kindv suspension u want? describe ur utility a bit,4thly u can get the racing clutch in visit,Fidanza Flywheel & Performance Parts and u will come to know about some clutch stuff and that would clear u about ur needs aswell,
regrading the electrical issues,if ur wiring is not faulty then u should not have any electrical issues haan chotay motay issues are apart from it cz they can even occur in accord so dont worry about that,goto rwp sadar bazar u can find 3sgt over there,but do visit bialganj u there's a possibility that u could find one there,
