Tappet Settings on Corolla 2007

Correction: Tappet Settings Corolla 2007

I had one question in mind which I have asked the auto mechanics, but not of them were able to give a reasonable answer. Should we Tappet setting Corolla 2007, where some of the mechanics says he automatically self-adjusts, where some of the mechanics said they could do, but would much effort from KHARADIA and the cost would be over Rs 1500 and it's not as simple as that of Honda and the remaining cars.

1) The point is we really need
2) Does anyone have any experience with these
3) car mileage is 80.000 km

No doubt, it is must be something in all other cars
