The Honda City mystery-Please solve

Guys,

This is an observation that I've made about the new Honda City which has been launched in Pakistan, India, Thailand and Malaysia. Below tye and wheel configuration used by their local manufacturers:

Pakistan165/80R13
India175/65R14
Malaysia & Thailand 185/55R15

What do you suppose is the reason for this and does it make a difference on economy if we use bigger rims?

all of them have almost same overall circumfrance.

185/55/15 comes in pakistani steermatic.

bigger rims dosnt effect economy, its thr weight which is responsible.
