Tips for better mileage on Honda City Vario

Since Petrol is going high and we cannot fit CNG in Vario's i am all open for tips regarding getting better milegage out of my Vario. Any suggestions??

der are few general tips for saving fuel like:
dont drive above 2.5-3.0 rpm..
drive at a constant speed..
dont press the pedal compeletely ..try to press it as less as possible..
drive at higher gear even at low speeds...
switch off the engine when in traffic...it takes more fuel to keep da engine idle den to switch it off and den start again...
check ur tyre pressure regularly...keep ur car fully tunned...

i can think of only des suggestions only rit now..experts will give better advices...
