Too much vibration being felt in ALTO plz help

hey
i hav 2002 alto vxr....92k done... i hav this annoying thing dat whenever the RPM increases and the car gains speed there is too much vibration being felt on the gear knob..its felt on the brake and clutch padal also but its not dat much...
liken gear lever pe hath rakne per bht vibration feel hoti hai as if there is too much grinding on the gear...i hav the habit of keeping my 1 hand of the gear lever dats y dis annoys me alot.. it seems there is some contact of the gear wid the engine or wot its i dont know...i took it to da mechanic and checkd the foundations of engines and said that all are perfect so don worry abt dis vibration...plz help me wot can be da problem behind it.....thanks alot

chk th efoundations PLUS chk if ur engine is touching the battery or something else, and thats y the vibration of the engine is coming in the body !

also chk the gearbox foundations too.
