Toyota Corolla A/C Not Blowing Cold Air – What Could Be Wrong?

Hey everyone,

I’m having an issue with my Toyota Corolla’s air conditioner—it’s not blowing cold air anymore. The fan works fine, and air is coming out, but it’s not cold at all. I tried checking the refrigerant levels, and they seem okay.

Has anyone else had this issue? What could be the possible causes, and how did you fix it?

Thanks for your help!

If your Toyota Corolla’s AC isn’t blowing cold air despite the fan working and refrigerant levels seeming fine, possible causes could include:

Faulty Compressor – If the compressor isn’t engaging, it won’t circulate refrigerant properly.
Clogged o r Failing Expansion Valve – This regulates refrigerant flow and could be restricting cooling.
Bad AC Pressure Switch – A faulty switch may prevent the system from working correctly.
Blend Door o r Actuator Issue – If stuck, it might be directing warm air instead of cold.
Condenser o r Evaporator Problems – Dirt o r damage to these components can reduce cooling efficiency.

To diagnose, listen for the compressor engaging when turning on the AC, check for any unusual noises, and inspect the condenser for blockages. If unsure, a professional AC system check may be the best option.
