Toyota Corolla A/C Suddenly Stopped Cooling – Any Fixes?
Hi all,
My Corolla’s A/C was working fine last week, but now it’s only blowing warm air. I haven’t noticed any leaks o r unusual noises, but the cooling has completely stopped. Could this be a refrigerant issue, o r is it something more serious?
Would appreciate any advice on diagnosing and fixing this!

If your Corolla’s A/C suddenly stopped cooling and is only blowing warm air, possible causes include:
Low Refrigerant – Even without visible leaks, a slow refrigerant leak could reduce cooling performance.
Compressor Failure – If the compressor isn’t engaging, the refrigerant won’t circulate properly.
Faulty A/C Clutch o r Relay – A malfunctioning clutch o r relay can prevent the compressor from activating.
Blocked Condenser – Dirt o r debris could be restricting airflow, reducing cooling efficiency.
Blend Door o r Actuator Issue – If stuck, it might be directing warm air instead of cold.
Start by checking if the compressor engages when you turn on the A/C. If not, test the fuses and relays. If the compressor runs but there’s no cold air, a refrigerant recharge o r further diagnosis may be needed. A professional A/C system check can help pinpoint the issue.
