Toyota Corolla Fuel Average Issue !

AOA, Just got a 2014 Corolla Altis 1.6 SR. Tires are bad, fuel consumption is high 8.5 km/L in the city. Changed filters, spark plugs, and oil, but mileage is still low. Planning to replace tires and service catalytic converter. Need recommendations for a good mechanic in Karachi.

Hey, theres really no point in trying to fix the catalytic converter. Before you go down that road, I suggest doing a compression test with both wet and dry values, and also changing the PCV valve. Oh, and think about using engine oil grade 5W-30 instead of anything like xw-40 o r xw-50. And seriously, dont get caught up in any scam claiming they can clean your catalytic converter. Its usually just a waste of money.
